I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spotless, new, and beautifully maintained — you can really feel the care and attention to detail. The location is perfect and made everything so easy and enjoyable. What really made this stay exceptional, though, was the staff, especially the receptionist at the front desk, Hainah. I have never experienced such genuine warmth, friendliness, and professionalism. She was welcoming from the very first moment, kind, attentive, and incredibly polished at what she does. As someone with several years of experience in hospitality myself, I can honestly say this level of service is rare and outstanding. Hainah is a true asset to this hotel, and she turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and truly exceptional service.

Honestly my favorite place for a quick (<5 days) visit to Calgary. Easy to/from YYC, a great location near the river, comfortable rooms, excellent staff, a world-class restaurant & bar (Nupo) not to mention the East Village scene. and a quick (<15 minute) walk to Stephen Ave, Inglewood, and Chinatown. My wife accompanied me on this last trip, and loved it, too. We’ll be back!

Very impressed with the design of the rooms and the service. The rooms are smaller but very well designed from the digital control panels for the blinds, lights and temperature near both the door and bed. Live the small design touches if the "side table" also being a lap desk, the luggage storage area and the desk in wheels. I stayed for three nights and the room was tidied quickly while I was out. The staff were very friendly, including maintenance and cleaning staff. Every single one asked me how my day was in elevators. The location is great being so close to restaurants, shopping and the river. The East village does have some issues with unhoused but I've been in the area a lot with them causing me any problems.

Excellent! I typically choose to stay here when in Calgary - everything is modern and new. I like the lobby area and that there is a second floor sitting area as well if you prefer quiet. Staff are always lovely and welcoming. Rooms very clean with nice views when you book the river side vs sunshine when you are on the opposite side. There are snacks and drinks for purchase in lobby. The shower door is a bit of a nuisance and it would be nice to have a better fridge system in suite. Location is walkable - you’ll be right off the river path. There are a couple of restaurants in surrounding area with a coffee shop across the way. I will note it is close to a homeless shelter which can bring activity to the general area. Overall, I always leave happy - thank you!

This is our new favorite place to stay in Calgary. No complaints. No issues. It’s well-priced, modern, comfortable and super convenient hotel. Skip the basic chains and old school offerings. Book here. You won’t regret it.

The room is delightful in a very modern, creative, European style. We had a great view of the river from the 10th floor but wished we had thought to ask for a view to the north for the aurora. We appreciated the fragrance free linens. The ventilation doesn’t bring in enough fresh air so the room gets stuffy, even with the circulating fan on. The comforter and mattress both are too hot. The staff immediately brought up blankets when asked. They also had no trouble providing a number of other random things: a luggage scale, a pair of pliers, access to a microwave, disposable forks, a pot for heating water, herbal tea. Incredible service. The location is convenient with good restaurants and airport transportation in walking distance.

Very modern rooms. Super quiet, no noise from other clients. Never heard another rooms doors closing or voices in the hall way. Other than some street noise, sirens and delivery trucks backing up. Its was very silent. Clean, no worn out linens or towels. Nespresso coffee brewer in suite, secure underground parking $35 a day.

The hotel is in a great location and restaurants and shopping are within walking distance away. The property itself has got that boutique vibes. It was very evident throughout - the lobby, the hallways and the room itself. The room was very moody, albeit on the small side. I loved that you can control everything by the bedside or from the control panel by the door. The bathroom was very well-appointed and nicely decorated and had some quality bath amenities. The floors always get flooded after each shower. That and not having a mini fridge in the room were the only issues. I had to throw away some take outs that I could have eaten for a few more meals. Such a waste. I’m only giving a 5* rating because of the room attendant/housekeping. She was the most welcoming and friendliest staff I’ve encountered throughout my 3 night stay (I felt bad for not remembering her name but maybe Kathza???). I had to ask for a couple of things from the front desk and they couldn’t provide them but this nice lady had them ready in my room on the 2nd day. It was a pleasant stay considering this was my very first stay in this hotel chain.
